Jumeirah is a coastal residential area in Dubai. It is located on Jumeirah Beach Road and has several sub-communities including: Jumeirah 1, Jumeirah 2 and Jumeirah 3. The residential properties range from large detached villas to smaller town homes. Jumeirah is one of the more exclusive areas of Dubai. The area is popular with expats and visitors as there are many entertainment venues in close proximity including: The Jumeirah Beach Hotel, The Madinat Jumeirah and The Burj Al Arab hotel.
Accommodations are scattered throughout the three Jumeirah sub-communities. Town-homes and small villa compounds are prevalent throughout all sections.
